10 -day returns policy
LabLink Direct offers a 10 -day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. To qualify, please initiate a return request within 10 days of receiving your item.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to regulatory, safety, and hygiene standards, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Rapid test kits
- Drug and alcohol testing products
- Refrigerated products (unless shipped in error)
Eligibility for Returns (Non-Refrigerated Products)
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Return request must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
- Any discrepancies (damaged, missing, or incorrect items) must be reported within 2 business days of receipt
- Custom-made or special-order (non-stock) items are not eligible for return
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at: support@lablinkdirect.com
Include the following details:
- Order Number
- Reason for return (use one of the codes below):
- DEF – Defective product
- PNO – Product not ordered
- MP – Missing parts
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Important: Returns sent without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to sender.
Return Shipping & Fees
A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was shipped
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective items
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 2 business days
- Return the item within 10 days of delivery
- Include a copy of the original invoice
In such cases:
We will cover all return shipping costs.
You may receive a replacement or refund, depending on availability and situation.
Refrigerated Products Policy
Due to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations, refrigerated items:
- Cannot be returned or refunded
- Exception: If the item was shipped incorrectly by LabLink Direct
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider
