1. Shipping Policy
FOB Origin
All shipments are made FOB origin (FOB shipping point). Once the goods leave our facility, the buyer assumes full responsibility for freight charges and liability during transport. LabLink Direct will not refund delivery costs for refused or undeliverable packages after repeated delivery attempts.
Medical Devices
Products labeled “For Professional Use Only” and “Not for Home Use” are non-refundable if used for personal or home use. All manufacturer warranties will be void under such circumstances.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping through UPS, DHL, or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
- USPS is the most economical option; however, lost packages shipped via USPS will not be refunded.
- For detailed tracking, we recommend selecting UPS.

- Customs fees are not covered by LabLink Direct and are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Returns Policy
LabLink Direct is committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. Please review our return conditions below:
Rapid Tests
All sales of rapid test kits are final and non-refundable due to regulatory and safety standards. As an ISO 13485-certified provider, we ensure top-quality products.
Non-Refrigerated Products
- Products must be in new, unused condition, returned in original packaging with all included accessories.
- Custom-manufactured or non-stock items are not eligible for return.
- Returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days.
- Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Packages returned without an RMA will be refused.
- For returns due to errors or defects, we will cover all shipping costs. Items must be returned within 15 days, along with a copy of the original invoice.
Refrigerated Products
Due to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations, refrigerated items are non-returnable unless shipped in error by LabLink Direct.
3. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return:
- Email: support@lablinkdirect.com
- Please include:
- Your order number
- A return reason code:
- “DEF” – Defective product
- “PNO” – Product not ordered
- “MP” – Missing parts
A customer service representative will respond with further instructions and shipping details, if applicable.

- Due to regulatory reasons, drug and alcohol testing products are non-refundable
